Rates and Capacity March - December___________________________________
SATURDAY :
We can accommodate up to 250 for reception only and up to 140 for ceremony and reception.
Ceremony and reception for 120 or less : $4300 for 120 – 140 : $4850
Reception for 200 or less : $4150 for 200 – 250: $4700
Each rate includes a $3650 facility fee, $200 cleaning fee, and $300 refundable damage deposit. The rate for ceremony and reception includes a $150 rehearsal fee. The higher rates for increased capacity include a $550 fee for use of the 2nd story of the house. 2/3 of the facility fee ($2450) is due at contract signing. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event. We accept checks and all major credit cards.
The facility fee includes use of the building for 9 hours (from set up to break down) and all events must be completed by 2am. We provide tables, chairs, security guard, hostess, use of our two grand pianos, and use of the kitchen for your caterer. You are allowed to choose your own licensed caterer (as long as they meet our insurance requirements) and bring in your own alcohol.

The facility fee is $275 an hour and you pay for all the time the space is used - from set up to breakdown. There is also a $200 cleaning fee and $300 refundable damage deposit. 2/3 of the facility fee is due at contract signing. The fee includes tables, chairs, hostess, security guard, use of 2 grand pianos, use of the first floor of the house and ballroom (can accommodate up to 200 for cocktail style party / reception), and use of the kitchen for your caterer. The 2nd floor of the house is available for an additional $550 to increase capacity up to 250. You are allowed to choose your own licensed, insured caterer and bring in your own alcohol.
REDUCED RATES FOR JANUARY AND FEBRUARY

$225 an hour - Sunday thru Friday (4 hour minimum)
